Sides and Quarters<\/h3>\n

Sides and quarters contain a similar range of cuts from both the front and back of the animal. You must take all the meat, but an order form is provided on which you can indicate preferences such as:<\/p>\n

    30lb Freezer Packs each contain APPROXIMATELY \u00a011 lbs assorted steaks, \u00a07 lbs of assorted roasts, 8 lbs of ground beef and 4lbs of stewing beef.<\/p>\n

    How to Order<\/h2>\n

    Contact us by email or phone (see contact tab) to place your order.\u00a0 It could take several months from the time you order until your meat is ready for pickup. Please plan accordingly. Payment is not required until pickup. We accept cash, cheque or e-transfer.\u00a0 Lower Mainland customers must arrange to pick up their beef at the family\u00a0farm in Steveston. We can deliver to customers in the Savona,\u00a0Cache Creek, or Ashcroft areas. We also offer free delivery to central points in Kamloops.<\/p>\n
