Knowing that the cattle are treated well and allowed to graze on sweet grass without the need for hormones, and/or antibiotics makes us very happy and definitely makes perfect sense. Many years ago our family raised a cattle for our own consumption which were free range, grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free, that had an amazing flavour; your cattle have that same wonderful taste.
